Our Hosted solution is ideal for storing all your company documents from Invoices, Delivery Notes, HR records, Client files etc. This compliments our bureau scanning service. For example 24 hours after clients’ work has been received by our scanning bureau, your documents can be prepared, scanned, indexed and uploaded to our secure server. You can then securely retrieve these documents from anywhere in the world from any Internet connection. Registered users can log into the system, search and view their scanned documents via a web browser.
